We are looking for an individuals with call centre experience who is able to lead and manage a team of approximately 12 agents to fill this challenging role.

Key Performance Areas

  • Managing a team of approximately 12 Sales agents
  • Ensuring departmental / team sales targets are achieved
  • Monitoring of calls to ensure quality standards are met
  • Training and development of agents
  • Performance management and motivating of agents
  • Setting and maintaining production standards and agents registers
  • Attending regular operation meetings
  • Updating and preparing weekly and monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Two years sales experience (preferably within a call centre)
  • At least one year experience in managing a team of agents
  • Must be computer literate (Excel. MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of outbound call centre technology and processes would be an advantage
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Must be able to work shifts
