To manage the HR administration function and to provide remuneration and benefits specialist support to the company and all business units.
To design, oversee and implement a firm’s compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics and market analysis. Conducting position evaluations, job classifications, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. To collaborate with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures.
