The Human Resources Intern contributes to the organisational goals by providing administrative support to the Human Resource Manager to optimise the Human Resource service offering
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide customised and relevant information specific to the needs of the requesting party
Focus on self-development, particularly in field of HR
Ensure up-to-date knowledge or relevant computer programmes
Remain up to date with relevant legislation for purposes of HR
Ongoing modification of service offering
Develop productive working relationships with direct Manager, HR team, Business Managers, head office (HR, IS Services, Finance
Department) and colleagues
Minimum Job Requirements
University Graduates
Essential: 3 year Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
Must have knowledge or understanding of HR terminology and concepts
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure / against deadlines
