Previous opening experience-

Relevant Qualification in Human Resources –

Training experience-

Previous recruiting experience

 

Key Outputs:-    To compile and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures-

To draw up all contracts-

To provide feedback and assistance to management and staff-

All training and staff welfare-

Recruiting-    Budgeting-

All disciplinary hearings including CCMA cases-
