Salary: R 212 106 per annum (plus benefits)
Standard 10 or Grade 12 Certificate. B Degree in HR or a three (3) year Diploma will be an added advantage and must be in level 7. Eight to ten (8 – 10) years working experience in HR and working on the PERSAL system. Computer skills (evidence based). Vast knowledge of Public Service related prescripts – SDA, EEA, and LRA including all other HR related policies. Sound knowledge of Occupational Specific Dispensation (OSD). Driver’s licence will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Implementation of departmental policies, regulations and legislations as well as Resolutions. Manage performance of staff under span of control. Implement service benefits, appointments; leave administration, terminations and all matters relating to overtime. Work as a generalist. Ensure compliance with AG Matters. Manage payrolls and physical verification of staff. Assist with recruitment of staff. Provide expert advice to management and the entire staff. Provide support function in labour matters especially grievance and Absconsion issues. Ensure compliance with PMDS policy. Assist with effective management of training. Support ABET programme. Assist in coordination of work place Skills Plan.
