REQUIREMENTS : A three year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management plus extensive
appropriate experience in human resources management and be registered with
the South African Board of Personnel Practice. Additional Criteria: Excellent communication skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills. Proven track record of success in a recruitment role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently. Good team player. DUTIES : Lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service
to the hospital. Designs, develops and maintain recruitment process in the
Hospital. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment
channel. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and
implement appropriate best practices in the hospital. Develops and maintain
network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Builds a
quality relationship with the external recruitment agencies Writes and places job
advertising in various media outlets Manages and develops the team of HR
Recruiters. Acts as a single point of contact for line managers regarding
recruitment process Performing reference and background checks on applicants
Manage supernumerary and session appointments. Manage the hospital’s staff
establishment. Assistant line managers on the management of contract
appointments. Manage the hospital’s staff establishment.
