What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Client facing
- Register new insurance claims.
- Gather necessary documentation from clients.
- Track claim processes in an organized and efficient manner and to ensure that all claims for a client is resolved timeously.
- Effectively managing challenging clients and addressing their concerns under pressure.
- Adhering to established processes and providing clients with consistent, timely updates.
- Ensure all claims and policy changes adhere to industry regulations and company policies
- Have a strong knowledge of the claims process in order to service clients successfully and answer technical client queries.
- Keep abreast of new products and legislation changes to optimise client claims.
- Ensuring service providers honour their agreements and holding them accountable for their commitments.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timeous and professional manner.
- Review personal performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and approach management if you need assistance in achieving those.
- Provide additional support with claim submissions and other ad hoc projects.
