Key Purpose Statement
To fast track and develop for future HRBP roles through a structured development programme that favours on the job development and exposure
Competence Requirements
- A relevant HR or business-related degree (post graduate qualification would be advantageous)
- Two or more years Human Resources Generalist Experience
- Computer literacy: SAP, Internet, Microsoft Advanced (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Thorough knowledge of SAPHR transactional processes and reporting advantageous
- Previous administration experience in an HR department/ environment would be advantageous
- Understanding of HR business processes
- Basic understanding of the relevant legislation and its impact on effective HR practice

Output And Accountabilities
RECRUITMENT
- Manage interviews for all grade G and below positions. Work with the Talent Acquisition team where necessary)
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Draft and send out communications to the business regarding new appointments, separations and vacancies
- Conduct the full requisition management on SAP (from creating a requisition to the PA48)
- Compile interview packs in preparation for interviews
- Support the team in setting up interviews
- Work with the Remuneration team to put together offers for all grade G and below appointments
- Create and manage online take-on ’ s and status changes as per the online take on process
REPORTING
- Provide strong administrative support to Central Office Support Functions and the HR team on all HR processes
- Provide and manage effective monthly and ad hoc HR reporting to drive delivery against KPIs (i.e. leave, HR KPI ’ s, vacancies, peopleway)
- Manage team sharepoint to ensure high quality talent information is provided o Provide reporting on the HR aspects of all change programmes
- Ensure all COF Support function orgs are updated monthly
CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
- Support the HRD team with developing and implementing capability plans for COF
- Coordinate onboarding programme for COF support functions
- Prepare onboarding packs for monthly onboarding of new employees
GENERAL SUPPORTT
- Support the team (SBP, HBP & HC) in delivering on all other HR related deliverableso Support the team (SBP, HBP & HC) in delivering on all other HR related deliverables
- Resolve all day to day queries related to policies and systems
- Support line managers in effectively supporting their teams – particularly in delivering on any departmental priorities
- Support the team in educating line managers to implement and anchor PeopleWay in a way that shapes the desired culture
- Ensure IR policies and practices are understood and employed – work with the IR team to ensure that this knowledge is reflected in the employee relations plan
- Manage wellness days and other wellness initiatives for COF
