REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma in Human Resource: 0-2 years experience in Human Resource,
Grade 12 Certificate: 2-5 years experience in Human Resource, Grade 10
Certificate: 5-10 years experience in Human Resource. Knowledge of PERSAL.
Computer and communication skills. Interpretation of Regulations and Legislative
framework related to: Personnel Administration. PERSON PROFILE: Excellent
time management, organizational skills, good communication skills, presentation
skills and team work skills. Self-motivated and goal orientated. Analytic and
solution orientated. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical
personnel at various levels in the organization.
DUTIES : Receive requests for advertising of posts. Draw adverts according to
Specifications. Conduct pre-short-listing list. Sit in short-listing and interviews.
Prepare documentation for short-listings and interviews. Write submissions after
interviews. Deal with Administrative aspects as required in HRM including but not
limited to: Process Service Benefits. Record Performance Management and
Development System (PMDS) reports. Proper control of records in Personnel
Section. Ensure that HRM policies and procedures are adhered. Sign
performance contract in annual basis. Take part in the Gauteng Turnaround
Strategy, PHC Reengineering and Establishment of the Sub-District.
