SALARY : R123 738 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with experience in HR. Sound knowledge of Human Resource policies and the interpretation and implementation thereof. Acts and directives. Good knowledge of the PERSAL system and computer literacy. Ability to work under pressure and on your own. Must be computer literate. Excellent communication skills. good interpersonal relation. Processing of transaction and conduct verifications on PERSAL.

 

DUTIES : Processing recruitment and selection assist in advertising of posts in interviews. Leave management must be done on PERSAL and the filling on a daily basis PMDS, housing, Overtime must be read into PERSAL and applications must be done on PERSAL. PILIR and appointment service. Condition and termination of service documents to be completed relevant departments. Must work independently.
