REQUIREMENTS : Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
qualification with 3-5 years relevant public service experience or Grade 12 with 5-
10 years’ experience in Human resource prescripts and public service
regulations. Sound communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Computer literacy (Micro soft Office: Excel, word, Power point and Outlook)
Sound knowledge of the Persal system (Intro to Persal certificate attached) A
valid code 8 manual drivers license.
Monitor and implement conditions of service including terminations pensions,
leave and payment of gratuity, salaries and allowances, transfers, service,
Recruitment and selection, terminations, leave, staff establishment and supply
Human resource statistics and reports to management. Monitoring of mandates to
and from the GDF. Ensure effective interpretation and implementation of policies
and other HR prescripts. Responsible for financial disclosures .Development of
the staff in the unit. Responsible for financial disclosures .Development of the
staff in the unit. Manage Performance Management of subordinates. Allocate and
control delegated work, provide monthly statistics and reports. Control and
provide administrative service and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
Attend to HR related enquiries. Approve and Authorise transactions on Persal.
