Human Resource/Personnel Administrator (4 Posts) (Ref. HR/PA/2014)
Primary purpose:
To provide administrative and human resources-related functions to the region, deal with payroll-related queries and
process input documentation onto the live HR SAP Information System.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee SAP salary administration, pay queries, leave administration, retirements, pensions, dismissals, resignations,
absenteeism, educators, etc
• Control safety-related matters such as WCA claims, injuries-on-duty, monthly statistics, etc
• Perform any other administrative duties as required.
The candidate for this post should possess the following attributes:
• Grade 12 (NQF 4)
• 3 years’ experience in personnel/HR administration and payroll
• Knowledge of relevant software eg SAP (essential) • Computer literacy
• Good command of Mathematics
• Good communication skills.
