All-inclusive remuneration package: R771,306.00 to R908,571.00
per annum (Ref. S149/2013) • Pretoria
Purpose: To provide leadership through directing a team of Human Resources Business Partners
(HRBPs) and overseeing the efficient execution of human resources offerings across the National
Treasury.

Requirements: • An appropriate three year degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Behavioural
Sciences • 6-8 years’ experience in the HRM field, with at least three years of management
experience • Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Human Resources Management
Framework,
Legislation, and systems would be advantageous.

Key outputs: • Develop and review the Human Resources Service Delivery Strategy and targets to
ensure alignment with changing business needs and service demands • Provide direction and support
to HRBPs on the effective and efficient implementation of the strategy and service delivery
interventions to optimise productivity • Oversee and report on the efficient execution of HR offerings
and services within the National Treasury • Coordinate the delivery of strategic HR initiatives / projects
in response to business requirements • Implement and apply HR Policies and Procedures, within the
National Treasury in compliance with broader DPSA regulations • Create a client service culture
within the HR Service Delivery environment • Maintain solid relationships with management and
employees • Engage stakeholders on new and existing service offerings.
