ROLE CONTEXT
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS KEY PERFORMANCE AREA FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS / ACTIONS HR DEPARTMENT’S ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Assist in receiving applications and compiling gross lists.
Assist in preparation of meetings and documents as when they are required.
Assist HR Coordinators in making logistical arrangements for interviews and induction for new employees.
Collate inputs of training needs from employees’ performance contracts twice a year for the HR Coordinators to consolidate for AgriSETA’s training plan.
Assist with collection of HR information from different departments
Assist with health and safety duties e. monthly reports and actions plans arising from those.
Acting as Replacement /stand in/Relief at Reception whenever required
Distributing retirement fund statements and any other documents to AgriSETA staff whenever required
Booking of venues for meetings in consultation with relevant HR Coordinator
Ordering stationery for HR staff GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Bind documentation for meetings Whenever required assist HR department with admin tasksphotocopying, binding documents, filing and recording CVs received before shortlisting AD HOC
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
MININUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Employment Period: Contract until June 2018 including a probation period of 3 months.
