Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties are to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are essential and the ability to work on TeamViewer are essential.

Training will be provided however excellent English is essential, Afrikaans an advantage.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric

IT qualification

Exceptional communication skills in English

Outstanding telephonic support
