Job Title: IT Support Intern
Job Location: Cape Town

Based at our Head Offices and reporting to the IT Manager

Responsibilities:

The IT Support will be required to meet the following key performance areas:

• Provides Mentored Learning on Microsoft Basic Computing using Windows Operating Systems 7,8 and 10
• Provides Mentored Learning MS- Outlook 2013/2016 Introduction Level
• Provides Mentored Learning on MS-Excel 2013/2016 Introduction Level
• Provides Mentored Learning on MS-Word 2013/2016 Introduction Level
• Provides Mentored Learning on MS-PowerPoint 2013/2016 Introduction Level
• Provides Mentored Learning on MS- Office 365 Web Apps (with Skype for Business)
• Provides Mentored Learning on SharePoint Online

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Specialist Certification 2013/2016 or
• Certificate of Attendance in Microsoft Office Suites 2013/2016 Advanced
• Certificate in Microsoft Office 365 Web Apps (with Skype for Business) or
• Certificate of Attendance in Microsoft Office 365 Web Apps (with Skype for Business)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a working environment
• Must Speak Xhosa & English Fluently
