Imperial Logistics: Graduate / Internship Programme 2015 / 2016 [Various Positions]

The rationale behind the programme is to increase management and leadership capacity within IMPERIAL Logistics, but also to address succession planning and transformation objectives. Graduates exits the programme at first line or middle management level or in a specialist position. The programme is underpinned by a mentoring scheme. The programme is generically structured to assist companies to rotate the graduate through all the parts of a specific operating company.

Human Resources Graduate / Intern

Either a 3 or 4 year degree in the following:

•  Bcom Honours HR / Industrial Psychology.
•  Bcom HR / Industrial Psychology.
•  BTech HR.

Work experience is not required but should you have up to two years work experience you can be considered for this programme.
