Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
End User Enablement and service delivery.
Communication internal / external.

Systems understanding, implementation and support.
Maintaining Standards.

Leads resolver groups and support providers.
Active monitoring by alert of key systems and acting on alerts and failures.
Projects and initiatives

Desired Experience & Qualification
A+, N+, 5 years management experience of which 2-3 years should be IT management.
Office 365.
ITIL Certification.
Project management basics .
Strong user experience.
Working in a Matrix structure.
SD-WAN experience, Citrix preferred.
Telephony support experience (VOIP and PABX).
Leadership and coaching skills.
Cross functional ability.
