Upstream seeks a self-motivated Inbound Specialist to lead all aspects of organic-driven lead generation and e-commerce incorporated with social media strategy. The Inbound Specialist works across multiple internal groups and geographies to develop content and SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page, that help Brands achieve its goals. This position reports to the Online Media Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop inbound marketing strategies and plans
• Provide highly-creative on-brand content that gets noticed
• Deliver compelling multi-media content, campaigns, and calls to action that increase inbound traffic, e-commerce revenue, and qualified leads
• Lead, manage and coordinate inbound programs
• Increase e-commerce revenue
• Increase leads for sales funnel
• Create an inbound marketing scorecard and baseline
• Track, measure and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
• Select and manage external vendors
Minimum Job Requirements
• 5+ years of inbound marketing and social media experience
• Exceptional writer and editor
• Incredibly creative mind
• Working knowledge of Google SEO algorithm
• Expert user of inbound marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEOmoz, HubSpot, DFA, etc.)
• Strong analytic and reporting skills
• Ability to present data-intensive information to management
• Success leading global inbound initiatives
• Effective management skills
