Requirements: • Unemployed Matriculant • A valid SA driver’s licence • Computer literacy • A legal/ policing qualification would be an added advantage • Self-driven and willing to learn • The ability to work under pressure • Good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.

 

Duties: The successful candidates will be trained in the following: • Attendance to complainants (walk-in/telephone) • Capturing of complaints onto the system • Analysis, screening, assessment and evaluation of complaints • Assistance in the investigation of complaints • Recordkeeping and filing • Compilation and submission of statistical reports on complaints and statuses of investigations • Drafting of correspondence to stakeholders and complainants • Tracking of pending complaints and referral to the relevant investigators • Ensuring the timeous delivery of service and turnaround time in investigations • Timeous interviewing and advising of clients/complainants • Preparation and consolidation of investigation reports.

Note: Successful candidates will have to undergo security vetting. Their characters should be beyond reproach. Interviews will be conducted in the respective provinces.
