Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
Job Title: Key Account Manager – Remote
Location: Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives as well as chasing new business
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
The ability to work independently and within a team.
Good PC and software skills.
Technical knowledge of IT
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.- Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
Have excellent people skills and intuition about customers’ business needs.
Be well-groomed and presentable.
Grade 12- 3 years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Proven experience as a key account manager/Sales Executive
Package & Remuneration:
R30 000 – R35 000 + commission
