To support the Institutional Business Development and Client Services process

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with tender documents, questionnaires, consultant database information and preparation of pitches and marketing documentation – both local and international
• Coordinate and create all necessary legal and mandate documentation for new and existing clients
• Update mandate and legal documentation as required
• Management of client database information
o Update consultants and client details
o Co-ordinate regular database audits and utilize other team members accordingly
• Ensure regular communication with clients and consultants to update them on key changes
• Assist with preparation for meetings, report backs and sales pitches for these clients
• Help record statistics including clients lost and gained, current clients, AUM
• Integrity of surveys and data submissions
• Audit submission of survey data to ensure all relevant track records are submitted to broadest possible survey grouping
• Assist with on-going checking of survey composites
• Assist all FM’s with ad-hoc projects and client queries
• Responsible for managing all performance fees charged to clients and sending letters to clients
• Provides full administrative back-up to all FM’s on client-related matters
• Deals with legal and regulatory issues in other countries for Coronations international products
• Responsible for sending regular information to all international clients and potential clients
• Co-ordinate different projects on the Institutional business side – systems, operational procedures, reports etc

 

Ideal Experience

• Asset management or related process/administrative exposure
• Database management and advanced Excel skills
• Analytical/quantitative experience
• 2-3 years work experience

 

Ideal Qualifications

Commerce or related qualification –B Comm, B Bus Sci, CA
Numerical subjects

Systems Knowledge • MSOffice – Advanced Excel and mail merge skills essential
• Database and PowerPoint experience an advantage
