Samancor is looking for intern to conduct Psychometric Assessments and provide feedback for recruitment and developmental purposes in order to select and place the most suitable candidates and to develop current employees.

CUSTOMERS
Customer Relations:
- Interact with customers and familiarise yourself with operational concerns and any inherent peculiarities (e.g. IR issues)
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Suppliers Relations:
- Liaise with HR suppliers and service providers
BUSINESS PROCESSES
,u>HR Legislation:
- Comply with the relevant HR Legislation (Labour Relations Act, EE Act, Skills Development Act, etc.)
- Provide information and advice regarding legislation that may impact assessment process
Psychometric Assessments:
- Administer Samancor Group Psychometric Assessments for recruitment and developmental purposes
- Score and interpret Psychometric Assessments
- Compile and update Assessment Matrix Maintain and update the Psychometric database
- Compile assessment reports and statistics and analyse trends
- Provide individual or group feedback (verbal and written) to all employees
- Provide written feedback to external applicants as required
- Provide feedback to Line Management and HR (verbal and written)
Reporting: Compile the Psychometric assessment report

Financial Control:
- Control costs in area of responsibility
- Prepare and plan for Departmental Budgets
Requirements
- Relevant Honours Degree (HR/Psychology): 1 year’s relevant experience
- HPCSA Registered Independent Practice – Psychometrist (must be current and valid)
- Own transport and willing to travel
