At IHS we offer a work while you learn traineeship programme that allows you to work in Leading Hospitality Establishments while studying!

A Traineeship is a “work while you learn” programme, comprising of work integrated learning and theoretical study by way of distance learning through International Hotel School Online learning platform and supported by tutorials.

Trainees will be required to have access to a computer with internet access.

Trainees are subject to the same terms and conditions as full-time employees.

IHS trainees spend two years in a work environment receiving on-the-job training and continuous assessment against a nationally recognised standard, Trainees are subject to the same terms and conditions as full-time employees.

Trainee allowance is dependent on the hospitality establishment at which they are placed.

Traineeships have repeatedly proven themselves to produce quality graduates who go on to successful careers.
