REQUIREMENTS : LLB Law/B Proc or equivalent.
DUTIES : The incumbent will be required to perform the following duties assist with the
preparations of files for the provision of litigation services, assist with the day to
day running of the office including office administra-tion, assist with the provision
of due diligence on contracts, assist with the provision of compliance with the
law, ensure that reports of the Directorate are completed and signed in
accordance with the Departments’ timelines and assist with drafting and review
of legislation where necessary.

DUTIES : Development and maintenance of IT systems analysis, database administration,
hardware & software support, helpdesk operations.

3. INTERNS 2 POSTS REF NO: 017/2015
Sub-Directorate: Compliance
SALARY : R5000.00 (STIPEND)
CENTRE : Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma/ Degree in Internal Auditing/ LLB
DUTIES : Manage compliance processes in branch-es, ensuring that policies are available
to staff members, communicate the process of compliance function in the
branches in which they are developed. Monitor and report compliance status of
the branches to the compliance head and documents the findings if noncompliance
by the branches and report to the compliance head.
