M-Net Human Resources seeks to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Employment Equity individual to assume responsibility as Intern – Human Resources Administrator.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
This person will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be based at our offices in Randburg.

OUTPUTS

• Coordinate and manage diary on Outlook
• Documents Drafting
Letters of appointments
Regret letters
• Typed correspondence:
E-mail
Reports
Advertisements
• Maintained a filing system and employee database
• Screen telephone calls
• Resolve customer queries
• Plan, coordinate and communicate relevant interventions
• Travel arrangements
• Manage visitors
• Manage HRIS database
• Processing of paperwork for M-Net employees (e.g. Confirmation of employment)
• Telephonic Confirmation of staff employment
• Capture all transfers, increases, resignations, promotions, terminations on Peoplesoft
• Administer leave records
• Coordinate recruitment processes;
Advertise vacancies-aligning and proof reading job specification
Prepare interview packs and deliver to the panel members
Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments
Background screening

Knowledge/Requirements
• Must have a Human Resources or related qualification (Degree or equivalent)
• Must have experience in usage of MS Office package
• Must have knowledge of the recruitment and selection process
• Knowledge of Human Recourses policies and procedures will be an advantage
• Systems knowledge would be an advantage
