We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Systems Analyst for a consulting engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical systems and software solutions to meet our clients needs.
Technical Requirements:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering – Ability to interpret business needs, facilitate discussions, and document detailed requirements.
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS) – Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive SRS documents.
- Workflow & Process Modeling – Experience in creating high-level designs, basic flowcharts, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system interaction models using tools like Visio, Griffy , or draw.io.
- System Architecture & Design Understanding – Familiarity with system components, integrations, and design best practices.
- Database & SQL Knowledge – Basic understanding of databases and SQL to analyze data dependencies.
- Programming/Development Understanding (e.g., Java, .NET, APIs, Microservices)
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop technical systems and software solutions that meet business needs
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical system issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement, maintain, and upgrade systems
- Test and validate system functionality and performance
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical system design and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience working as a Technical Systems Analyst
- Financial services industry experience required
