Specification
We are looking for a candidate with Software Support experience to join our Customer Services, team in an IT software development environment. To provide software support to live clients.

Minimum qualification and experience:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software support
• An IT related qualification
• Software troubleshooting and replication of issues
• Mobile application support
• Exposure to QlikView and / or web based software
• Exposure to IsoMetrix and / or integrated risk management
