Specification
We require a Demand Generation Specialist to use their skills and strategic knowledge to help IsoMetrix enter and succeed in new markets, advertise new products and generate leads. You will be responsible for creating and delivering demand and lead generation strategies and initiatives through multiple channels to help increase IsoMetrix’s awareness and market share across target industries in the Americas.

You will design campaigns aimed at getting people interested in the solutions we’re selling (generate demand), and follow through with lead generation campaigns that turn interest into names and contact details (leads) that our sales team can follow up on.

Requirements
A Demand Generation Specialist is typically responsible for several aspects of marketing:
• Defining and segmenting prospective customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
• Designing and fulfilling targeted marketing campaigns from cradle to grave
• Proactively working with teams (primarily sales and subject matter experts) to tailor lead generation and nurture campaigns in order to
ensure goals are met
• Creating relevant content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies and adverts
• Maintaining marketing databases and software to ensure leads can be acted on
• Using marketing automation software to deliver marketing campaigns, measure results and calculate return on investment
• Build and maintain a funnel to understand each stage of the customer lifecycle including awareness, purchase and advocacy.

Minimum Education/Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, or other related degree
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software
• Experience measuring the effectiveness of lead and demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Analytics

Minimum Work Experience:
• 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably executing some of the same tasks to be managed in the role, such as content development
and campaign management
• Ideally have experience promoting B2B software AND/OR environment, health and safety related services
