Job Title: Adoption Supervisor
Job Location: South Africa

Requirements:

• A qualified Social Worker
• Registered with SACSSP
• A valid driver’s licence
• Experience of at least five years in Child Care Protection, experience in adoption would be an added advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organisational, planning, administrative and monitoring skills
• Ability to work with all forms of media
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to work closely with the demands of overseas partners and to manage the inter country adoption programme
• Networking skills and the ability to work closely with The National Coalition of Adoptions, the government and all other relevant stakeholders
• Ability to advocate, lobby and be a voice for adoption with relevant institutions and the community
• Ability to work under pressure in an organised, quick and efficient manner
