Vacancy Details

Our Client, a leader in the private Health Care Sector is looking for an HR Manager for one of their hospitals.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing generalist Human Resources functions with at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Experience working within a Private Hospital environment is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Computer literacy is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience of the Sage 300 People system as well as the the Kronos system
• Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to cope in a pressurized environment
