GEM Trading Analyst

Bachelor’s degree required, postgraduate degree preferred
Minimum 75% grade average


Economics/Finance with a quantitative component or
Quantitative (Maths / Engineering) with strong interest in Financial Markets


Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Keen interest in global markets as shown by:
Keeping abreast with all major news events
Reading quality periodicals such as The Economist
Reading finance- and trading-focused books / journals / blogs / websites outside the classroom

Investment Banking

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required with strong( mathematics & finance )
Well-rounded academic background with coursework in finance or economics is recommended with top performing results.


Building financial models including discounted free cash flows, dividend discount models, leverage buyout models, merger model analysis and peer comparable analysis
Interpreting financial models and data,
working on innovative solutions to clients regarding deal structuring,
assessing the impact of relevant regulatory matters on deals,


Exceptional analytical and technical skills,
Be adaptable, able to manage multiple projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team.
