· Apply cost effectiveness principles in everyday delivery to contribute to achievement of departmental financial targets

· Follow set tasks to ensure monitoring of control systems to ensure smooth running of markets

Stakeholder Relationship Management

· Comply with Service Level Agreements by ensuring that data is available at required frequencies and quality standards in order to enable external clients to access the data and use as necessary

· Communicate any system discrepancies or out-of-line situations with relevant parties to enable relevant corrective action

· Communicate with colleagues, peers and internal clients using appropriate interpersonal styles to ensure buy-in and collaborative effort in resolving queries

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric and A Certificate –
A plus Control M
2 – 3 years’ experience in IT environment dealing with batch processing
