Just Grace is a nonprofit organisation based in Langa Township that specialises in empowering communities through sustainable initiatives. Just Grace Education Programme focuses on providing learners from Langa High Schools with support from grade 9 to 12 to help them into suitable FET institutions or employment. Just Grace is a non-profit organisation that runs various community empowerment initiatives in Langa Township, Cape Town.

The purpose of this position is to run an exciting programme focusing on school attendance with high school learners.

The individual must:

• be passionate about high school learners;
• have appropriate experience working with youth and parents;
• be outgoing, friendly and approachable;
• be confident to speak in public and run workshops for parents;
• be organised and punctual;
• be proactive;
• be fluent in isiXhosa and English;
• be a resident in Langa for the duration of the contract;

The remuneration will be R 4 000 per month for 24 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to walk between our various sites in Langa as well as perform home visits in Langa and other areas within Cape Town.
