Job Title: IT Systems Administrator | Cape Town
Location: Cape Town

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provide technical assistance for all Operating system
Provide remote support through phone or remote access
Set up new hires with equipments and appropriate access to the company’s system
Maintenance of the business software applications
Implements, installs, configures, monitors, trouble shoots and evaluates existing and new operating systems
Confer with other system administrators

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent PC Skills
Experience of multiple Hardwares and Operating Systems
Good attention to detail
Recongised qualification in a related subject
4+ years experience in a similar role
