The Kyalami Schools Group Teacher Internship 2016/17

The Kyalami Schools Group consists of three high-performing independent schools, namely, Beaulieu Preparatory, Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu College – all located in the pristine countryside north of Johannesburg

Beaulieu College is an English medium, co-educational, independent school situated in the country environs of Midrand, Johannesburg.  It offers a dynamic academic, cultural, sporting and Multi-faith education to approximately 400 pupils from Grade 8 – 12.

We invite young, enthusiastic, hardworking students who are currently studying education part-time, through a recognized tertiary institution, to apply for an internship position in the GET or FET phase.

This will be a one-year programme in which the intern will be required to engage in the daily life of the school. He/she will need to be committed to a full school day, which will include observation, preparation and presentation of lessons, break duties and involvement in the school co-curricular programme. In addition, the intern will need to complete all university assignments and course work throughout the year.

Experienced subject specialist teachers, will mentor the intern.
