Unlike most motor apprenticeships, which typically pack their students off to a local college on day release to learn their craft on whatever equipment they happen to have about, all Land Rover apprentice training is conducted in regular blocks at dedicated Land Rover training facilities by dedicated Land Rover instructors / assessors. The Academy, our state-of-the-art new training centre in Pretoria, which opened in January 2008, is a well equipped automotive training facility and can compete with any other training facility in South Africa. You’ll learn by using the very latest models and equipment. You’ll be taught throughout by the same instructors. And you’ll train with the same group of apprentices each time, so you’ll make good friends too!

A Mentor will look after your day-to-day development at your dealership, and you’ll receive regular visits from an representative to provide assistance and ensure your development is keeping pace. You’ve started, so you’ll finish!

If your application to join the Land Rover Advanced Apprenticeship programme is successful, then you’re almost certain to ‘graduate’ at course end. Put in the effort and between us we’ll help you to be the best that you can be.

 

Requirements for Enrollment

Grade 12/Matric Certificate

Mathematics Pass Rate of 50% plus

Science Pass rate of 50% plus

2 Technical Subjects
