Senior research product manager (marketing brand and communicationssolutions specialist) required to manage all aspects of this area of research within this international consultancy. Internal and external support, peripheral knowledge and business activity of the communications solutions. Ensuring clear communication, exacting quality standards and best practices are adhered to at all times.
Conducting external capabilities training for clients as well as internal capabilities and client support training for new and existing clients and colleagues. The communications manager is also responsible for the management of research and development programs in collaboration with others to meet objectives, organisational needs.
Ensure all quality procedures for research communications solutions are adhered to.
Maintain and improve quality standard for communications solutionsthrough constant monitoring of quality procedures.
Monitor DP procedures for research communications solutions and ensure all documentation is updated with any new procedural developments.
Monitor progress with all automation projects and products.
Monitor all research communications processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the team is aware and updated regarding new developments, learning’s
etc. for communications solutions.
Capabilities and client support training for new and existing clients.
Maintain all research communications solutions support materials for global distribution, ensuring they are up to date (i.e. Guidelines document, FAQ’s for communications solutions).
Develop product kits for research communications solutions for global distribution and ensure they are maintained and updated (i.e. template documents).
Maintain and update any and all research communication solution trainingdocuments for use in global training programs.
Working with the knowledge manager to ensure accessibility and maintenance of all research communications solutions peripheral materials.
Client support across capabilities on new and existing products.
Maintain and update the communications status.
Responsible for ensuring all research communication solution peripheral information is captured and readily available for analysis.
Monitor all peripheral knowledge data capture.
Responsible for providing monthly updates of research communicationsolution activity.
Constantly evaluate the commercial needs and requirements of research communications solutions.
Working with the knowledge manager to collect competitor intelligence information.
Research and development
Managing research projects from inception to completion.
Data setup and organisation, data modelling, data mining.
Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions.
Developing analytic and peripheral knowledge and skills.
Shared responsibility for all brand and research communications solutions.

Postgraduate degree in relevant field
