REQUIREMENTS :

An LLB Degree / four-year legal qualification Or Equivalent. Two to three years
experience in legal administration. Admission as an Advocate or Attorney of the

High Court of South Africa. Knowledge: South African legal system, Legal
practices with specific reference to civil litigations, Legal research methodology,
Legal administration, Legal support in civil litigation, Case flow management.
Skills: Research, Dispute resolution, Computer literacy, Planning, Decisionmaking,
Communication (verbal & written), Interpersonal skills, Analytical,
Innovative.

 

DUTIES :

Provide legal services to the Fund. Handle litigation for and on behalf of the
Fund. Represent the Fund at the hearing in terms of section 56 and 91
application hearings. Liaise with third parties. Manage and review claims of
objections hearing process. Render administration support in terms of section 56
and 91 application hearings.
