Job Title: Head of People & Culture
Location: Mbabane, Hhohho, Eswatini

Job Summary:
Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1.Implements country human capital strategy aligned to the Groups people culture and strategy that contribute to a motivated workforce.
2.Develops and implements the human capital strategy aligned with the Groups’ and country business objectives and initiatives.
3.Forecasts resource requirements to enable business goals and objectives.
4.Implements a compelling Letshego employer brand that attracts diverse, experienced and capable talent
5.Ensures performance management programs, supporting systems, and processes align with its strategy and goals and drive the annual country performance review process.
6.Implements talent development, succession planning and management programs.
7.Implements competitive rewards programs to attract and retain key players in a highly competitive industry.
8.Implements the succession planning process to ensure management and professional readiness to meet the subsidiary’s growth plans.
9.Implements systems for measuring metrics that support business goals, necessary aspects of human capital and training and development.
10.Implement learning and development program in line with business requirements
11.Ensure adherence to HC policies and procedures to promote a conducive working environment.
12.Responsible for promoting people wellness through implementation of wellness strategy.
13.Provide advice in disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Requirements:
Education:
A degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent

A Masters’ degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field will be an added advantage

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years working experience in human resources management with 5 years in human resource senior management role

Certification:
Membership of professional association

Knowledge:
Knowledge and experience in labour law, compensation, organisational planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, employee relations, employee engagement, employee safety and wellness and building organisational capability.

Skills:
•Demonstrable leadership abilities with solid communication skills
•Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
•Ability to secure business future growth through breakthrough thinking, driving for growth, strategic insight, growing talent and understanding the business landscape.
•Appreciating the value of diversity and inclusion to the business by valuing the people differences, being culturally aware and exhibiting ethics and integrity and translating it to business success.
