A digital lead creates and implement e-commerce strategies that would increase online transactions and help Letshego grow. Candidate needs to ideate, execute, grow and analyze e-commerce marketing plans. He/she has in-depth knowledge with all the digital marketing channels and tools. Is responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns. Their duties include performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns. Responsible for brand’s search engine ranking which helps in brand visibility. Identify and track SEO.

1. Social media management
a. Understanding product group requirements
b. Create campaigns and campaign reports
c. Social media optimization
2. Email campaigns
a. Conceptualize, get the right database, design and blast out emailers.
a. Web analytics of traffic, social media analytics and analyzing these
numbers to reduce bounce rate and optimize the pages for optimum results.
4. Content writing
a. Basics of content writing for company website, social media
requirements and blogs.
a. Website management and optimization, understanding of building websites managing landing pages and optimize plug ins, etc.
a. Manage marketing insights and customer relationship management (CRM)
b. Plan and supervise marketing campaigns
c. Track website traffic and other metrics
d. Optimize performance of the website
e. Coordinate between departments
f. Report writing
g. Planning digital content marketing strategies
h. Leveraging latest trends
i. Create engaging content to drive sales
j. Measure marketing results of various campaigns
k. Coordinate with departmental team mates for campaign launches
l. Create SEO rich content
m. Use different platforms and create content for each specific type of platform
n. Manage and develop the brand’s eCommerce strategy
o. Work with the sales team.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
. Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, and/or
. Good communication and command of English.
. Ability to generate and analyze data and Ability to carry out statistical
. Proficiency with tools such as google adwords and google analytics.
. Experience in using user funnels -Search Engine Optimizations (SEO)
