Specification
To provide training on horticulture and business consulting services to the tenants and trainees in horticulture incubators and channel network. This will also include clients screening & selection, monitoring, evaluation & technical interventions, coaching, training and market access and networking interventions. In addition, the incumbent will monitor business operations and intervene as necessary

Requirements

• Education
  A Diploma in Horticulture or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Horticulture.

Experience

• Five to eight years of commercial experience, preferably in a Horticulture Management or Horticulture Training environment.
• Experience in a management consultancy and demonstrated entrepreneurial flair will be beneficial.
