Our client, a leading engineering and industrial component supplier, seeks to employ a Sales Representative with experience in B2B, B2C, and face-to-face selling that can aid in the streamlining and profitability of the Gauteng branch by bolstering sales and driving potential customers to utilize the company’s e-commerce and online site.
Job Title: B2B Sales Representative
Duties, Responsibilities & Criteria
You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
You must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience in Engineering and Automotive industries, including general industrial consumables, as well as experience in B2B, B2C and face-to-face selling
You must be target driven, energetic and motivated – a “self-starter” with the initiative who is able to plan and execute his/her own work (Strong time management skills), as well as strong telecommunication and sales skills.
You must have good administration and communication skills and have excellent negotiation skills and resilience, the ability to manage rejection.
You must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
You will be calling on existing and new clients, and maintaining and developing customer relationships.
You will enrol existing and potential new clients onto the e-commerce platform, as well as achieving customer visit targets.
You will be promoting new products and specials to the customers, therefore achieving sales targets
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
