Our client is a reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We specialize in personal injury cases, including road accident claims. We are seeking an experienced attorney with Road Accident Funds (RAF) experience to join our team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in road accident claims before the Road Accident Fund
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and trials

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Road Accident Funds
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and RAF procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
