-Identifying the channel’s administrative requirements
-Devising administrative systems that operate within the channel unit that meet with M-Net’s SOP’s, policies and procedures
-Detailing all M-Net SOP’s, policies and procedures (contractual and barters) and ensuring the channel are aware of these procedures.
-Schedule meetings and monitor Calendar for kykNET’s Head of Production.

-Liaison between M-Net Divisions (Finance and Legal) and channel in providing information and processing queries.



-Ensuring contracts are issued, signed and delivered to channel, client and M-Net legal.

-Track pending and outstanding signed contracts required by channel and M-Net Legal.



-The Contracts Administrator is the interface between channel and M-Net Legal Department for all barter agreements.
-Ensuring all bartered airtime is approved by M-Net legal, DSTV Media Sales and channel
-Ensuring barters are issued, signed and copies made for DSTV Media Sales and M-Net finance and originals are kept with M-Net legal, the barter client and channel.
-Trafficking the internal signature process
-Ensuring all invoices required for barter agreements are generated by client and M-Net finance.
-Track pending and outstanding signed barters required by M-Net Legal.
-Monitor and submit all monthly barter reconciliations to M-Net Finance Production Accountant.
-Ensuring all final barter reconciliations are signed off by the Channel Director and Commissioning Editor.

-Ensuring all new barter agreements entered into by channel are in accordance with the M-Net Barter SOP.


Education & Experience

•Diploma or Degree in Media Studies
•Entertainment industry knowledge
•Administration systems knowledge
•Superior computer software skills in MS Word and Excel
Competencies •Knowledge of local content and the local production industry
•Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work efficiently
•Must be detailed orientated
•Proven ability to work in a team and also as a team
•Strong communication

•Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
