To assist the Head of Supply Chain in effective decision making and monitoring the overall performance of the function to achieve the objectives and goals of Supply Chain. This position will ensure in time generation of detailed MIS on Supply Chain operational parameters and scope for improvement through analysis.

Job Summary:
•Planning, developing and maintaining MIS reports of Supply Chain operations and performance management.
•In time MIS generation and circulation to Management for effective Decision Making.
•Ensure accurate and timely publishing MIS dashboard to Team Leader for performance review.
•Coordinate with Supply Chain team members & get all details for preparation of MIS
•Analysis of all MIS reports and share with action plan to all concern team members
•Development of new reports required for the smooth execution of operations
•Co-ordinate all new project activities and share the updates for timely execution and reporting
•Maintain the data required for the Monthly Performance review of Supply Chain function
•Extend support to Procurement function for Spend analysis and trend analysis of major commodity prices
•Identify opportunities for Cost optimization & efforts to bring down total cycle time
•Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and maximizes quality in every action and activity
•Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements
•Support and implement Company initiatives to achieve performance, quality and safety metrics
•Contribute to periodic departmental and company planning and budgeting cycles including the annual Business Plan Process (BPP)
•Actively support the BU management team in implementing BU- and company-wide policies/procedures and action plans
•Ensure the safeguarding and security of Company assets
•Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation, data management and compliance of SOPs
•Encourage continuous improvement program and KAIZEN & Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency of DC Operation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain.
2. Certified courses in Supply Chain.
3. Member of IIMM / IFPSM / CIPS / APICS body.
4. Work experience of 2 years in similar role with 5+ years in ERP based Supply Chain
5. Preferred industry – Manufacturing, FMCG
