Job Title: Client Relationship Representative
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is a client-facing role, ensuring customer success by delivering ongoing BEE and financial guidance around the overall BEE strategy and transformation topics of key Business Partners. The role focuses on client relationship-building and establishment of proactive success plans that in turn promote overall corporate partner satisfaction and ultimately partner retention and further support. The role manages diverse, high profile customers and/or key accounts in close collaboration with the respective account team.
Responsibilities:
- Work onsite with multiple corporate partners in parallel to ensure optimisation of their B-BBEE’s scorecards
- Work with CEO’s, CFO’s, HR Directors, and Transformation Managers
- Define and drive execution of a targeted goal-based support engagement plan to support key business goals and milestones
- Plan and manage the delivery of relevant proactive support checks and enablement offerings as part of the support engagement plan
- Drive close collaboration with the partner on an ongoing basis
- Enable key customer stakeholders by providing guidance on the best solutions
- Provide scorecard updates live to track scorecard goal achievement
- Partial on-site presence with customers required, with local travel expectations around Gauteng
- Provide BEE consulting services to new and existing clients
- Consult on each element for maximum points and provide solutions to each element
- BBBEE solutions ranging from Ownership Solutions, SETA registered learnerships to networking in order to improve procurement from BBBEE compliant suppliers
- Optimise BEE reports for clients where room for improvement exists
- Assist clients to collect the required data to successfully complete BEE file for verification process
- Facilitate BEE auditors by verifying the authenticity, validity and correctness of all documentation submitted for verification
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, strong work ethic and a very positive and self-reliant attitude (be able to work independently at the highest level (without supervision)

- Minimum of five years’ working experience with proven track record of successfully leading top-level customer engagements
- Bachelor’s degree with Business Specialisation would be excellent advantage
- Experienced BEE analyst, BEE Consultant, or Rating Agent/ alternatively you are a Consultant or finance background with a deep interest and commitment to learning about BEE
- Strong knowledge of B-BBEE, both the Generic, QSE, and Sector Codes minimum three years’ experience working in the BEE field as a rating agent, analyst, or consultant
- SANAS verification experience a distinct advantage
- Ability to prepare/ oversee a complete verification file to a high standard and conclude the results
