Makhado Mayoral Bursary Scheme

Applications are invited from Grade 12 learners who are currently study Physical Science, Mathematics and Commercial subjects. You are required to to submit your final results at the municipality to qualify.

The applicants must be the bona fide residents of Makhado Municipalities.

Enrol for any of the following fields during 2018 academic year:

• Civil Engineering
• Information Technology
• BCom in Accounting
• Electrical Engineering
• Real Estates ( Property Valuation or Town-Planning)
• Built Environment

HOW TO APPLY
Application forms can be obtained from Makhado Civic Centre (Office of the Mayor): from Ward Councillors Circuit Offices, Social Workers, Traditional Offices, and any Regional Offices such as: Dzanani and Waterval.

The application forms will be available as from October 2017.

You are required to attach the following documents with your application form:

• Certified copies of South African Identity Document of applicant and of Parents/Guardians.
• Provincial Confirmation of application at the University or TVET Colleges.
• Affidavit confirming indigent status.
• Proof of income from parents/Guardians.
• Letter from the Ward Councillors and School Principal or Traditional Leader.

NB. Applicants must ensure that they sign a Record Register at the municipal offices when they submit the application forms.
