A trainee programme that equips the individual to: Manage the Distribution/Warehouse Department in order to satisfy customers service needs, whilst developing human resources and optimising utilisation of company assets and department performance, in order to remain competitive.
NB: THIS POSITION IS FEMALE EQUITY BONDED.
Competence Requirements
- Two years experience in distribution environment and in supervisory/management capacity
- Knowledge of legal requirements in respect of distribution function;
- Experience in information technology;
- Grade 12 with a tertiary diploma/degree (ideally B Comm) in the field of physical distribution, knowledge of materials handling and transport.
