The reason for the change is that, post completion of the acquisition of Foodcorp, the new name better reflects the Group’s strategic vision of adding value to consumers and customers through our range of market leading brands (beyond chicken).

In January 2014, RCL Foods acquired TSB Sugar – providing a unique opportunity to diversify across the food industry value chain.
